Portland-Oregon's trusted eco-friendly commercial cleaning company — serving the Portland-Vancouver Metropolitan Area since 2001.

Our Story

About Our Company

Eco-Green Cleaning Services is a Portland-Oregon based janitorial service started in 2001 by property managers and janitorial contractors who recognized the need for a reliable, quality driven, green cleaning company in the region.

Concerned with the long-term health and environmental effects of traditional cleaning methods on our families, tenants, employees and the environment, we created Eco-Green Cleaning Services to bring non-toxic, eco-friendly, advanced commercial office cleaning to Portland-Vancouver Metropolitan Area.

We specialize in green cleaning services for commercial buildings, medium to large offices and post construction cleanups. We offer daily, weekly, biweekly, monthly and one-time green janitorial services. Our sophisticated scheduling system and virtually unlimited workforce allows us to service all types of clients on their schedule.

We are experienced working with clients who are transitioning from traditional janitorial services to a green cleaning program. Many of our biggest accounts have applied for L.E.E.D. Certification or Green Building Certification and we understand the standards and guidelines that must be followed to help them gain certification.

Eco-Green Cleaning Services provides Portland's most dependable and experienced staff ready to deliver quality green cleaning services with the special care you deserve. Our workforce has a combined 30 years of experience using green cleaning methods.

Originally founded by Alin Dinca as ADF Services, we changed our name in April 2009 to Eco-Green Cleaning Services to emphasize our core business. Before starting the business, Alin spent time as a cleaner and also worked as an account manager for a janitorial service company. Since then, he has been continuously testing green cleaning products and techniques to find the best green cleaning solutions that reduce the impact on the environment while safeguarding human health.

Through our commitment to hard work and quality service, our dedicated team has grown Eco-Green Cleaning Services fivefold in the last decade so that today it is a stable, locally-owned business that grosses more than $1 million in annual sales.

We pride ourselves on our reputation for quality and service that is second to none. Our customer service staff is always attentive to all of our clients' needs and requests. That means always going above and beyond to meet and fulfill all of our clients' requests for any type of cleaning job, any time or day of the week, anywhere in the Portland Metro Area.

Why We Stand Out

Our Advantages

Founded by Portland property managers and janitorial contractors, Eco-Green Cleaning Services caters to the Portland-Vancouver region with quality, eco-friendly janitorial services, specializing in green commercial office cleaning and construction cleanup. Whether you're a company just making the switch to a green cleaning program or you're a company that already has a program in place, we're here to serve you.

We have no desire to grow too big and lose our focus!
We're a locally-owned and operated green cleaning company and we plan to keep it that way! Since 2001, we've been dedicated to serving exclusively the Portland, Oregon market and we plan to continue to do so.
Because we're a smaller cleaning company, our management team knows our customers personally and we're always willing to go the extra mile with personalized service that meets all of our clients' needs.
We promise not to sell your account or hire third party cleaning companies to manage our accounts. If the person who cleans the building does not work directly for us, we offer a 100% refund for that month and immediate termination of contract if the client chooses. You hire us, we do the work. Guaranteed!
Our clients have direct communication with their cleaner and account manager, enabling us to receive information, requests and complaints quicker and more accurately.
We have a sophisticated scheduling system and virtually unlimited workforce that allows us to service all types of clients with different scheduling needs. That means we'll be there on your schedule.
Our prices are at least 10% lower than big competitors. Since we're locally owned, we don't have the overhead personnel of larger cleaning companies. We pass that savings on to you, our valued customers.
Satisfaction Guaranteed. We will not stop until our clients are happy with our service. If a client is unhappy with a cleaning, we will retrain and reprimand the cleaners, and, if necessary, replace them in order to find the right person for that particular job/customer.

Our Commitment

Our Standards

Staffing

Our staff is responsible and accountable for the high standards Eco-Green Cleaning Services expects. We carefully screen all potential employees through extensive background checks that include reference checks and drug tests. All of our housekeepers are insured and bonded — safety and security are our top priorities.

We continually educate our workforce on the newest green cleaning products and standards. Our workers have a clear understanding of what is expected of them and are committed to doing top quality work. We are able to attract skilled and dedicated employees by giving them the best possible atmosphere in which to work.

Cleaning Products

We use only the most advanced and the most efficient EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) approved chemicals and products recognized under the DFE (Design for the Environment) label. All of our cleaning products are rigorously tested for maximum efficiency and are made from all natural ingredients and renewable resources.

Our equipment is certified as the highest standard in green cleaning. We use Windsor Sensor vacuums, the highest standard in commercial vacuuming, with CRI (Carpet and Rug Institute) and USGBC (U.S. Green Building Council) seals of approval.

We pride ourselves as being a leader among Portland green cleaning services in discovering, testing and using the newest and most advanced green cleaning products available on the market today. We're constantly looking for the latest and most advanced green cleaners while also being conscientious about keeping the cost down.

Service

We don't hire third party companies to manage our accounts or sell them to other cleaning companies. You hire us, we do the work. Guaranteed! If we ever do sell your account or use other janitorial company to manage your building for us, we'll refund your monthly payment in full and allow you to cancel our contract.

Your complete satisfaction is our goal. We will not stop until our clients are happy with our service. If necessary, we will retrain and reprimand cleaners. If that doesn't work, we will find a new cleaner for the job.

We, at Eco-Green Cleaning Services always strive to provide our Portland based clients with the best service possible. It is our high level of responsibility combined with our commitment to hard work and to always using the most innovative green cleaning products and techniques that has allowed us to deliver on that promise for 3 decades now.
