Yes, when the product is matched to the surface and the soil. Green Seal, EPA Safer Choice, and GREEN SELECT bathroom and glass cleaners are what we use on this program. The standard is the clean, not a weaker result with a greener label.

We use Green Seal and EPA Safer Choice products, GREEN SELECT bathroom and glass cleaners, and HEPA vacuums, including Windsor Sensor uprights, in occupied offices. That is the point of the program for people who are sensitive to leftover chemical smell or dust. It is not a medical claim. If someone in the building has a specific sensitivity, tell us on the walkthrough.

SDS are available on request. We do not publish a docs library or a product list on this page. For LEED or building-standard questions, ask on the walkthrough. We will not invent LEED credit math.

Do you clean occupied offices, or only after hours?

Accepted Answer

We clean occupied offices, including daytime work. Windsor Sensor upright HEPA vacuums are quiet enough for that. After-hours service is available when the building wants it.
